The defense of my thesis on Ontology Evaluation is scheduled for Tuesday, June 8 2010 at 5:30 PM. The defense will be in English. Participation for the defense is conditionally public -- conditionally due to the size of the room and the goodwill of the examination board. The room will be given here as soon as I know it.
We will have a party from 7:30 PM on, whether the thesis got accepted or not. Location will be given here soon, it will be in Karlsruhe. In order to be able to plan, please let me know if you intend to come.
If you need a place to sleep in Karlsruhe, let me know.

Am Dienstag, den 8. Juni 2010, um 17:30 findet die Verteidigung meiner Doktorarbeit zum Thema Ontology Evaluation statt. Der Vortrag ist auf Englischer Sprache. Die Teilnahme ist bedingt öffentlich (bedingt durch die Größe des Raumes und das beteiligte Prüfungskollegium). Der Raum wird noch bekanntgegeben.
Am Abend ab 19:30 wird dann gefeiert (ob bestanden oder nicht). Der Ort wird hier bald bekanntgegeben, es wird aber in Karlsruhe sein. Anmeldung ist erwünscht, damit wir planen können.
Solltet ihr Übernachtungen in Karlsruhe suchen, fragt entweder bei Martina Nöth nach (wenn ihr sie kennt), sonst bei mir.
