+Er hat von der Fakultät für Wirtschaftswissenschaften einen Doktor der Politik erhalten, nachdem er erfolgreich sein Studium der Informatik und Philosophie abgeschlossen hatte. Er ist ganz froh darüber, dass er seine verschiedenen Interessen so glücklich unter einen (Doktor-)Hut passen.

Für DSA arbeitete er auch an zwei Tools, beides Open Source Projekte, dem DSA4 Werkzeug und Niobaras Foliant. Auch bei der Arbeit kommen immer wieder Publikationen raus. Zudem ist er Webmaster auf Simia. Auch an einem Webcomic, den nutkidz arbeitet er mit, ebenso wirkte er an der Übersetzung von something*positive ins Deutsche mit.

 Ein weiteres Open Source Projekt entstand aus seiner Diplomarbeit, XML4Ada95, und bot damit das erste validierende XML-Paket für die Programmiersprache Ada 95 an.
